Nine-patch quilted door stoppers

This post is full of beans. No, really. These cute door stoppers are filled with dried pinto beans. I have these all over my house for those days when the windows are open and doors are blowing shut. They are interesting, cute and easy to make.
I once made one for my friend’s art studio, and I guess it resembled a purse a little too much. It quickly disappeared. I bet someone was disappointed to find a pile o’ beans instead of cash!
I found the tutorial on one of my favorite quilting blogs, Oh, Fransson. Elizabeth makes amazing quilts that are modern and fun, and that’s why I love her work.
She offers this pattern for free on her site.
