The awning was made from Thistle and Storm 100% cotton duck fabric. The green piping was made from a recycled blouse. The top rod extends from the wall 1 1/2 inches. The bottom rod extends from the wall 8 1/2 inches. I applied iron-on interfacing to the storm fabric to stiffen the material. I lined it with Hanes Linit Basic Drapery white lining.
