1)   I forgot my login
Your login is case sensitive so make sure you are entering it just as you did when you created your account. If this is not the issue, please contact us by email or call our customer support @ (205) 487-8040 so that your information may be retrieved for you. You do not need to create a new account if you wish to be able to view your order history under only 1 account.

2)   I forgot my password.
In the case of a forgotten password, go to the sign in page and enter your login. Instead of entering a password, simply select the option to have your password emailed to you. Your password will be sent to the email address you listed for lost passwords when you created your account. If you do not receive the email containing your password within just a few moments, this means your email was entered incorrectly when your account was created. If this situation arises, please contact us by email or call our customer support @ (205) 487-8040 so that your password can be reset. You do not need to create a new account if you wish to be able to view your order history under only 1 account.

3)   How can I edit my account information?
After logging in, you can edit your account information by "clicking" on the welcome message that displays on the top left hand side of the screen. When you have made all the necessary changes, you will need to choose to save your changes.

4)   How can I view my order history?
After loggin in, you can view your order history by "clicking" on the link located on the top left hand side of the screen that shows your bonus point information. If you have ordered under more than 1 account, you will have to repeat this procedure for each account.

5)   What is your privacy policy?

6)   Is your site secure?
Yes, WarehouseFabricsInc.com is secured with 128-bit encryption. You can verify our security by "clicking" on the Geo Trust emblem on our site. You will also notice a padlock symbol in the bottom right hand corner on sensitive ordering pages where you are asked to enter your credit card information. You will also notice that the address in the address bar changes from "http" to "https" on sensitive pages as well.

7)   Do you share your customer information?
NO. We never share any part of our customer's information with anyone!
