Padded tablet case measurements 9" tall 7" wide (side to side) 1/2" deep Cut 2 pieces of material 19 1/2" by 8 1/2" Cut 1 piece 4" by 13" Handle one zipper or other type of closure one piece of interfacing 19 1/2" by 8 1/2" attach interfacing to one piece of material fold handle piece in half fold in half again it shoud be about 1" now sew seam about 1/4" from the edge sew again about 1/4" from seam fold in half tack in place measure down from top of material about 3" tack handle in place Make sure you attach handle to the piece of material your are using for the exterior fold both pieces of material in half sew up the side of both pieces of material sew in 1/2" at bottom of sleeve on both sides do the same to the other sleeve Sew zipper on the top of the exterior piece or attaché elastic or hairband at center top of exterior piece turn inside out so the patter or outside of material is to the inside With right right side together sew around top leaving an opening for turning and insert 1/4" foam padding. Turn right side out press insert padding sew around top catching the padding also.
