great fabric and very accurate website pics

Fabric has a nice weight to it while being a very open/breathable weave. The pics on the product page are outstanding: both the color and texture come across accurately and were great representations that closely matched every sample I ordered. This attention to detail is much appreciated for someone who doesn't normally deal with fabrics.

    love

I bought several colors of the vintage linen/burlap to make curtains for my daughter's new house. Love this material, the colors are beautiful with the variations. I have made several swags and long curtains. They all have come out beautiful! For privacy I would recommend lining. I did not because she has blinds. Very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

    Gorgeous

This is a luxurious fabric! The feel is soft and smooth and the look is textured. The gimp goes so well with it. I made the mistake of not readimg the recommended use for the fabric. I thought it would be perfect for reupholstering a chair, but it's too delicate. Because I love the look my upholsterer suggested placing an under lining of muslin. I hope it can withstand wear. Fingers crossed.

    Looks like plastic

While I'm sure this will be a strong linen, I think it can hardly be called linen. It looks more like plastic that has been woven to sort of look like linen. I thought the look would soften with a wash and dry cycle, but it didn't. But this is on me. I ordered this "fabric", along with the navy blue of this fabric and then a crimson colored ACTUAL linen. The crimson is a gorgeous earthy linen just as I was hoping all three to be. I guess I failed to look at the fabric contents and assumed because "linen" was in the title of the name, that it would be nice earthy linen. It all depends on what you are looking for.

    Beautiful, strong linen

This is a beautiful linen with great subtle variations of shades in the weave. Also, when cutting it straight, I was able to pull one thread through about 72" without it snapping. Very satisfying and made it very easy to work with.

    Love this fabric

I have used vintage linen willow and platinum and love the way this fabric sews and looks when made into non functional panels. This is a great fabric at an exceptional price.
